– In two words: the idea was to introduce students (architects, landscapers, and art historians) to my research work on the gardens. The decentered case of the oasis gardens here sheds light on an ethnological approach and reconsideration of the garden, on aesthetic, work, and artificiality issues, articulating it all on problems of scales and landscape reading.
