&lt;p&gt;Le palmier dattier (&lt;i&gt;Phoenix dactylifera&lt;/i&gt; L.) est une culture fruiti&#232;re d'une grande importance &#233;conomique, nutritionnelle et culturelle dans les r&#233;gions arides et semi-arides du Moyen-Orient et d'Afrique du Nord. Nous pr&#233;sentons ici un g&#233;nome de r&#233;f&#233;rence sans lacune, assembl&#233; de t&#233;lom&#232;re &#224; t&#233;lom&#232;re, pour la vari&#233;t&#233; &#703;ajwah, ainsi que dix-neuf assemblages g&#233;nomiques suppl&#233;mentaires de haute qualit&#233; &#8212; dix-huit femelles [dont le barn&#299; d'al-&#703;Ul&#257;] et un m&#226;le. Ces donn&#233;es fournissent des assemblages chromosomiques r&#233;vis&#233;s et corrig&#233;s, valid&#233;s par cytog&#233;n&#233;tique, par Hi-C et par cartographie optique. La num&#233;rotation des chromosomes a &#233;t&#233; revue sur la base de leur longueur moyenne dans l'ensemble des g&#233;nomes s&#233;quenc&#233;s. La r&#233;gion de d&#233;termination du sexe (SDR) a &#233;t&#233; localis&#233;e par inf&#233;rence sur le chromosome 14, o&#249; elle s'&#233;tend sur environ 15,2 Mb. Les r&#233;gions organisatrices nucl&#233;olaires (NOR) ont &#233;t&#233; localis&#233;es sur le chromosome 10, o&#249; un vaste locus d'ADNr 45S pr&#233;sentait des motifs r&#233;p&#233;titifs uniques au sein des espaceurs, comprenant des s&#233;quences apparent&#233;es &#224; des transposons. Chez certaines accessions, une seconde NOR a &#233;t&#233; mise en &#233;vidence sur le chromosome sexuel femelle. Cet ensemble d'assemblages g&#233;nomiques du palmier dattier, structur&#233; autour du g&#233;nome de r&#233;f&#233;rence de la vari&#233;t&#233; &#703;ajwah, constitue une ressource fondamentale pour le d&#233;veloppement de strat&#233;gies d'am&#233;lioration vari&#233;tale visant &#224; renforcer la r&#233;silience g&#233;n&#233;tique et la productivit&#233; du palmier dattier.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;i&gt;Phoenix dactylifera&lt;/i&gt; L. is an economically, nutritionally, and culturally important fruit crop in the arid and semi-arid regions of the Middle East and North Africa. Here, we present a gap-free, telomere-to-telomere reference genome of the variety Ajwa, along with 19 additional high-quality assemblies (18 female [including the barn&#299; of al-&#703;Ul&#257;] and 1 male). These assemblies reveal updated, corrected chromosome assemblies validated through cytogenetics, Hi-C and optical mapping. Chromosome numbering was revised based on average lengths across all sequenced genomes. The Sex Determination Region (SDR) was inferred on chromosome 14, spanning approximately 15.2&#8201;Mb. Nucleolar organizing regions (NORs) were localized on chromosome 10, where a large 45S rDNA locus displayed unique repeat spacer motifs containing transposon-like sequences. In some accessions, a second NOR was identified on the female sex chromosome. This collection of date palm assemblies, anchored by the Ajwa reference genome, provides a fundamental resource for advancing breeding strategies aimed at enhancing the genetic resilience and productivity of date palm.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ces &#233;chantillons ont &#233;t&#233; exploit&#233;s dans le cadre des travaux de recherche du projet al-&#703;Ul&#257; Anthropological Survey, combinant de fa&#231;on interdisciplinaire des approches anthropologiques, ethno&#233;cologique et ethnobotanique.&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;div class='rss_texte'&gt;&lt;p&gt;The complete set of plant specimens representing a part of the ethnobotany knowledge of the inhabitants of the oasis of al-&#703;Ul&#257; (&#7716;ij&#257;z Desert, Saudi Arabia) has been deposited in the collections of the French National Herbarium (Ethnobotany, PAT) at the Mus&#233;um national d'histoire naturelle (MNHN).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These specimens have been used in the research project al-&#703;Ul&#257; Anthropological Survey, combining anthropological, ethnoecological and ethnobotanical approaches within an interdisciplinary framework.&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;div class='rss_texte'&gt;&lt;p&gt;L'ensemble des &#233;chantillons de palmier dattier (&lt;i&gt;Phoenix dactylifera&lt;/i&gt; L.) repr&#233;sentant l'agrobiodiversit&#233; &#8212; la diversit&#233; des formes cultiv&#233;es &#8212; dans l'oasis de Siwa (d&#233;sert Libyque, &#201;gypte) est d&#233;pos&#233; dans les collections de l'Herbier national (Ethnobotanique PAT) au Mus&#233;um national d'histoire naturelle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ces &#233;chantillons ont &#233;t&#233; exploit&#233;s dans le cadre de mes travaux de recherche sur l'agrobiodiversit&#233; datti&#232;re, combinant de fa&#231;on interdisciplinaire des approches anthropologiques et biologiques/g&#233;n&#233;tiques, en collaboration avec &lt;a href='https://vbat.org/auteur35.html' class=&#034;spip_in&#034;&gt;Muriel Gros-Balthazard&lt;/a&gt;, dont t&#233;moignent ces quelques publications :&lt;/p&gt;
